It hasn’t been long since Figma launched plugins…a long-awaited feature for sure! I’d say this is the only thing we’ve missed since transitioning from Sketch and so we were very excited for them to launch 🚀
We thought we’d share a few of the plugins that we’ve been loving at the moment.

This is probably the plugin we’ve been looking forward to the most. It’s so important when designing to make sure that colours and typography are accessible. Having this nifty little plugin at your fingertips make it quicker and easier than ever to check contrast between layers in design files.

We love the Unsplash plugin as it’s such a quick and convenient way to add images to your designs!
Table Generator

Here at Hinge, we work on a fair amount of software-based products which generally means a lot of data tables. And let me tell you that designing data tables can be time-consuming. We’re super excited by the Table Generator plugin and how it’ll help up speed up our workflow…even if we just use this in the wireframe phase!
Charts

Sticking with the fact that we design a lot of data interfaces, it’s great to see a plugin specifically for creating different types of charts for Figma. We can’t wait to give this a proper test run soon!
Figmotion

Here is a plugin that we can’t wait to check out! Figmotion lets you create animations right inside of Figma, who’d have thought?! We’ll definitely be reporting back on how we get on with this soon!
We’d love to know what Figma plugins you’ve been loving ❤️ Make sure to tweet us.
